We offer a full range of dental services, including preventative care and restorative dentistry. Our passion is cosmetic, or aesthetic, dentistry. We have seen the life-altering effects of smile design on our patients; those effects have increased our commitment to facilitating change for anyone who wants to have a more attractive smile. We are committed to improving the self image of every person we care for by utilizing porcelain veneers, bonding materials, and whitening techniques to recreate their smiles.

Cosmetic dentistry, while elective, is incredibly rewarding for both the Smile Design staff and the patient. We are able to lighten tooth color drastically, reconstruct widely spaced or missing teeth, and completely alter a smile with porcelain veneers. This aspect of dentistry is incredibly exciting, and offers the greatest opportunity for dramatic transformation and improvement of your smile. We advocate preventative dentistry for all our patients. This involves daily care, good nutrition, and periodic checkups and cleanings to maintain consistently good dental health.

Restorative dentistry is basic repair of the mouth. Dr. Watson mends broken or leaking fillings, builds crowns and bridges, seats and maintains implants, and fits partial and full dentures. He also performs root canal therapy, and recommends treatment for patients with varying stages of gum disease. In short, our focus is on giving each patient full ability to keep their teeth for a lifetime.

We also are committed to providing dentistry for the entire family. This includes fluoride treatments for children and adults and sealants to protect tooth surface from decay. We are intent on our patients being knowledgeable about their own dental health, and the options available to them. We promote the use of composite fillings, as opposed to amalgam (the old silver filling material). We encourage our patients to replace amalgam fillings with durable tooth colored fillings that support a healthier, more pleasing look.
